Training Updates:

  • Sloane Blakley showed a double layout on the rod floor

  • Savannah Schoenherr showed her bhs loso on beam

Injury Updates:

Riley McCusker talked about her ankle injury on TikTok. Apparently, due to severely unstable ankles from previous landings and overuse, she tore ligaments on the inside and outside of her ankle on the vault landing. Yikes! Glad she had surgery and is healing up.
