Dr. Sam’s UF Brief: October 2, 2021

General Updates:

• The Gators 2021 team was honored at the UF v. Tennessee football game for their Regular Season SEC Championship

• The team also had their banquet and received their rings for the Undefeated SEC Regular Season 2021 title!

• Freshman Leanne Wong attended USAG NT Camp

Recruiting Updates:

• Skye Blakely committed to join the Gators!! Skye is the younger sister of Gator Freshman Sloane Blakely and trains at WOGA in Texas. She’s a National Team Member!

• Sophia Butler (commit ’22-’23), Skylar Draser (commit ’23-’24), and Kylie Coen came on their official visits

Training Updates:

• Ellie Lazzari and Leah Clapper posted clips of their new floor routines!

• Payton Richards did her first DLO off bars to mats since last season.

Injury Updates:

SJS did a BHS step out on tumble trak for the first time since her Achilles injury
